Finance and Accounts Section
This section will perform the following activities:
(i) Prepare annual financial accounts and statements.
(ii) Authorize payments, sign and endorse cheques.
(iii) Supervise preparation of bank reconciliation of all bank account operated by the accounting officer.
(iv) Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports as per the Agency accounting manual and Public Finance Act, circulars and directives.
(v) Supervise safe custody of accounting documents, stores for vouchers and complete register for batches.
(vi) Supervise audit queries replies and follow up audit reports/ observations.
(vii) Manage the Agency's cash flow to ensure there is enough fund to meet current obligations of the Agency.
(viii) Maintain and update debtors information.
(ix) Prepare financial and management reports and analyze and review monthly performance reports
