MTENDAJI MKUU TEMESA APOKEA KIVUKO CHA MV ILEMELA-MWANZA

The Tanzania Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Services Agency (TEMESA) have received the MV Ilemela Ferry made at the expense of 2.7 Sh. Bilioni released by the government of Tanzania. The ferry was built by the Songoro Marine Transport Boatyard in Mwanza in April last year and was completed February 6, this year before it was taken for a sea trial. Speaking today during the reception of the ferry, the TEMESA chief executive Engineer Japhet Maselle said that the ferry will start a formal work to carry out passengers from Kayenze fo the cost of 1000 Tanzania shillings.
